Progress Energy and Advanced Energy Offers Fall ENERGY STAR Workshops Progress Energy and Advanced Energywould like to announce their Fall 2008 ENERGY STAR workshops and encourage any member who may be interested in learning how to build more energy efficient homes to attend: Workshop Dates and Locations Tuesday, October 21, 2008 - Raleigh, NC Thursday, October 23, 2008 - Wilmington, NC Thursday, November 6, 2008 - Asheville, NC All workshops run from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Cost is $40.00 and includes breakfast, lunch and training materials. Why ENERGY STAR? ENERGY STAR qualified new homes are healthier, safer, more durable, comfortable, energy efficient and affordable. With the ENERGY STAR certification, builders can reduce callbacks, liability and homeowner living costs while increasing quality, comfort, home performance, homeowner satisfaction, sales and profit margins.
